An easy process for the synthesis of poly(methyl methacrylate)/Ce(OH)3, Pr2O3/graphite nanosheet (PMMA/Ce(OH)3, Pr2O3/NanoG) composite was developed. Graphite nanosheets (NanoG) were prepared by treating the expanded graphite with sonication in aqueous alcohol solution. The PMMA/Ce(OH)3, Pr2O3/NanoG composites were prepared via in situ polymerization of MMA monomer in the presence of graphite nanosheets and Ce(OH)3, Pr2O3 through reverse micelle template, in which the methyl methacrylate was designated as the oily phase. The composites were then dispersed with chloroform and coated on glass slides to form films. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the structure and dispersion of the graphite nanosheets and the composites. The results showed that the high-aspect-ratio structure of the nanosheets played an important role in forming a conducting network in the PMMA matrix. From thermogravimetric analysis, the introduction of graphite nanosheets and inorganic nanopartices exhibited a beneficial effect on the thermal stability of PMMA.  相似文献

The block copolymer of poly(1‐hexadecene) (PHD) and polypropylene (PP) was effectively synthesized by the sequential polymerization of propylene and 1‐hexadecene by using highly isospecific TiCl3/Cp2Ti(CH3)2 (Cp = cyclopentadienyl). The block copolymers had two separate melting temperatures of constituent blocks. The modulus of PHD–PP block copolymer was enhanced as the content of sequentially polymerized PP block was increased. The elongation at break showed positive deviation at the intermediate compositions from the simple additive values of constituent homopolymers. Shape memory effect which utilizes the crystalline PHD block as a reversible phase and the crystalline PP block as a fixed structure was examined. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 首先进行了方案论证与比较,分析各种方案的优点缺点,最后选择亚德诺半导体公司生产的低噪声增益可控集成运算放大器AD603和电流反馈型宽带运算放大器AD811等器件设计宽带直流放大器。输入级采用两级AD603级联,输出级设计通频带0~10MHz的带宽,通过单片机可以对放大器增益进行控制。该放大器具有频带宽、功率高、增益可调、带宽可选择等特点。此外,对提高直流放大器的各种性能指标提出了多种具体措施,在要求较高的系统中具有较强的实用性。  相似文献

The stabilities of a commercial diacylglycerol‐rich oil (DAG) and a salad oil (TAG) that had been prepared from a mixture of rapeseed and soybean oils were compared while frying potatoes at 180 °C for 3 h. The representative chemical and physical characteristics of the oils were assessed before and after frying, together with the amount of volatile aldehydes in the exhaust of frying. Among the deterioration indications, the carbonyl value, polymer content, and residual polyunsaturated fatty acid content were similar and not significantly different between the TAG and DAG. On the other hand, the characteristics relating to free fatty acids, i.e. the acid value and emission of chemiluminescence at 100 °C, were greater and the smoke and flash points were lower in the DAG than in the TAG. An irritating odor was generated from the DAG after 1 h of frying and got stronger as frying continued. These results suggested that DAG more easily forms free fatty acids under frying conditions than TAG.  相似文献

A ternary separation usually requires the use of two simulated moving bed (SMB) units in series. Since an increase in the number of SMB units leads to a significant increase in capital and operational costs, the use of a single SMB unit is preferred if its structure can be modified to treat a ternary separation. Such a modified single SMB unit has been typified by a five‐zone SMB or a two‐zone SMB so far. The separation performances‐of a five‐zone SMB and a two‐zone SMB are compared in this paper by using the ternary amino acid mixture as a model system. A five‐zone SMB is designed with the safety margin method while a two‐zone SMB is optimized using genetic algorithm. A five‐zone SMB based on the maximum allowable safety margin, although it may not guarantee the global optimum solution, results in much better separation performance than a two‐zone SMB at its global optimum state.  相似文献

Polypropylene (PP) was blended with polyoxyethylene nonylphenol (PN) in a twin-screw extruder and injection moulded. The dynamic mechanical properties of PP/PN blends were characterized by dynamic mechanical analyser (DMA). The glass transition temperature (Tg) of PP showed a slight decrease with incorporation of PN. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and polarized optical microscopy (POM) were employed to investigate the effects of PN on crystallization of PP. In a study of nonisothermal crystallization of PP and PP/PN blends, crystallization parameter analysis showed the addition of PN reduced the peak temperature of crystallization. β-form crystals of PP coexisted with α-form crystals in PP/PN blends, and oriented on the surface layer of injection moulded bar as revealed by WAXD. The degree of orientation was determined using Hermans orientation function. The thermal stability of β-form crystals was evaluated using high temperature WAXD and POM.  相似文献

The magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effect for EuTi1-xFexO3 (= 0.05, 0.1) compounds are investigated. When a part of Ti4+ions were substituted by Fe ions, the AFM ordering can be significantly changed to be FM. The EuTi1-xFexO3 (= 0.05, 0.1) compounds exhibit a PM to FM transition with decreasing temperature and the Curie temperature is 6 K. Under the field changes of 1 T, and RC are valued to be 10.1 J/kg K and 50.2 J/kg for EuTi0.95Fe0.05O3; 9.6 J/kg K and 47.7 J/kg for EuTi0.9Fe0.1O3, without magnetic and thermal hysteresis. RC is almost twice as much as EuTiO3 (27 J/kg) as substitution of Fe3+ ions for Ti4+ions, which may be attributed to the magnetic transition (AFM to FM). Therefore, the giant and large RC suggest the EuTi1-xFexO3 compounds are good materials for magnetic refrigerant.  相似文献

Potassium humate was extracted from brown coal.A novel super absorbent composite,poly (acrylic acid-co-acrylamide)/potassium humate (PAA-AM/KHA),was prepared by graft polymerization of acrylic acid,acrylamide and coal based potassium humate using N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinker and potassium peroxydisulfate as an initiator.The effects of reaction temperature,degree of neutralization of the poly (acrylic acid) and the amounts of crosslinker,initiator and potassium humate were investigated.Salt resistance tests were also carried out.The composite prepared under optimal conditions had a potassium humate content of 10% and exhibited a water absorption of 770 g/g in distilled water,and 349,286 and 41 g/g in 0.5 mol/L KC1,MgCl2 and AlCl3 solutions respectively.The results indicate that the salt resistance of PAA-AM/KHA was superior to that of poly (acrylic acid-co-acrylamide) because of the collaborative effect of functional groups of the coal based potassium humate.The PAA-AM/KHA micro powder was characterized by IR spectroscopy and the micrographic surface was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.Introduction of potassium humate into the poly (acrylic acid-co-acrylamide) structure creates a composite more suitable for use as a water-managing material in the renewal of arid and desert environments.The salt resisting property of the composite is improved,production costs are reduced and the growth stimulant effect is still present.  相似文献

The microstructure and mechanical properties of rapidly solidified Al-Cr alloys were investigated by XRD, TEM and microhardness testing instrument. The results indicate that the matrix of rapidly solidified Al-Cr alloys is α-Al solid solution when the Cr content is lower than 4 wt%. However, when the Cr content is above 4 wt%, the microstructures of rapidly solidified Al-Cr alloys are different along cross section. The microstructure of alloy contacting copper roller consists of α-Al and a few intermetallic compounds. With the increase of distance from copper roller, the matrix consists of α-Al and spherical intermetallic compounds which conglomerate in α-Al matrix. These intermetallic compounds are Al7Cr, Al11Cr and Al4Cr. The tensile strength has the maximal value when the Cr content is about 8 wt%. The annealed microstructures show that supersaturated α-Al solid solution dissolved with increasing anneal temperature. The starting temperature of the second phase precipitated from the supersaturated α-Al solid solution desponds on the supersaturation. Meanwhile, the microhardness of rapidly solidified Al-Cr alloy reaches maximal value after annealing at 300 °C.
